1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhiblee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bhiblee is a platform that connects grassroots musicians, venues, and listeners through event discovery and matchmaking. The Service allows users to discover events, create event listings, manage venue and artist profiles, and connect with the local music community.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using Apple Sign In to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information in your profile.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
  • Guest users may browse content but cannot create events or profiles.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (event listings, profile information, photos). By posting content, you grant Bhiblee a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising

5. Event Listings

  • Event creators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
  • Crowdsourced events are subject to review and may be moderated.
  • Bhiblee is not responsible for the cancellation or changes to events listed on the platform.
  • Bhiblee does not handle ticket sales or payments between users.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report content that violates these terms. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies. We reserve the right to moderate content at our discretion.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data including your profile, events, follows, and interests will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhiblee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interactions with other users, attendance at events, or reliance on information provided through the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
